Shipping policy

As much as we try to keep our delivery times within the time agreed on the date of payment, we cannot guarantee this for every order – being handmade and customized goods, due to execution, and operational and logistics difficulties your order may result in slower than usual delivery. 

As a guide only, our products are usually delivered within the time estimated on order (5 days from the day material is received either via picked up from the user or material bought for express orders and 7- 31 working days for regular orders) and during periods of peak demand this may increase by 7-14 working days for both express and regular orders
