Refund policy
As all items are custom-made and personalized, we cannot provide any returns. We do provide alteration in terms of any dissatisfaction. Whose terms are mentioned in relevant policies.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Orders can be canceled within 2 days of payment or before material pickup, whichever comes first, with a 75% refund. This covers the expenses incurred in processing the order.
If cancellation occurs after material pickup (or) material purchasing but before stitching, a 50% refund will be provided to cover the costs associated with material pickup, sourcing, and manpower.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after cutting the material for the stitching.
Rush order: we can occasionally accept rush orders if you need the suit urgently, but some surcharge will apply. In this case, we can deliver it in 5 days. Also if alteration is required, it will take extra time, and if there is not enough time we will reserve the right to complete the alteration after the event you required it by. Please contact us in advance and refer below for the alteration process.
All accepted refunds shall be processed in 5 - 7 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

As a guide only, our products are usually delivered within the time estimated on order (5 days from the day material is received either via picked up from the user or material bought for express orders and 7- 31 working days for regular orders) and during periods of peak demand this may increase by 7-14 working days for both express and regular orders
